GREEN FIELDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
BRINGS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR TO
EDUCATION IN SANTA ROSA CITY
SANDRA HAN, President of The Green Fields International School Foundation, is dedicated to preparing all her students for the future. In her commitment to this mission she states with confidence and integrity that:
"The world is getting closer to the next generation who might use only one global language in the near future.
Our aim is 'Producing Tomorrow’s Citizens' and to train you to be among the best leaders in the world. Your success is of our utmost concern; however, we also appreciate that you have chosen to come to GFIS.
We provide a well rounded educational background that is internationally and locally based. If you look at our logo, you will notice that the letters K.W.V.Q are imprinted on it. The K - stands for Knowledge, the W - for Wisdom, the V - for Values, the Q for quality. All this brings together what we offer here at GFIS.
I am pleased to have an opportunity to introduce the Green Fields International School which offers an elite education and learning approach which encourages students to be value-oriented, creative, and to think independently."
Sandra Han, President of the Green Fields
International School Foundation
Sandra continues:
"Green Fields International School is an institution that provides high-quality education of globally competitive and social sciences located in Santa Rosa Laguna Philippines. GFIS was founded in 2005 and has been vigorously engaged in international exchange programs.
Based on our educational principle of 'The cultivation of freedom, independence and self-reliance', GFIS will send out into the world many individuals equipped with international perspectives, ready to conquer the world.
The 21st century, referred to as a knowledge-based society, calls for the emergence of tomorrow’s citizens who possess skills, adaptable in the international arena. GFIS is also required to impart practical education, going beyond the mere acquisition of knowledge.
Green Fields International School currently has four faculties: Management, Formal Education, Arts School, and International English (ESL Studies). Our School programs help students deepen their academic pursuits and apply practical skills acquired in their studies.
International students take the ESL program based on individual proficiency levels and attend special classes in English conducted by teaching members of ESL faculty. A wide variety of extracurricular activities, both athletic and cultural, are available on campus to forge friendships with local students.
Sandra Han demonstrates her solidarity with and support for local public schools at the Santa Rosa Central Elementary School accompanied by City Mayor Arlene Arcillas-Nazareno and visiting guest Senator Ahn Minsook from Korea
International students are also invited to visit affiliated schools ranging from kindergarten to high schools under the GFIS Educational Foundation. As part of our grass-roots international exchange, home-stay program and visits to Filipino companies are highly recommended, providing students with maximum exposure to local customs in a real-life setting.
GFIS is conveniently located with easy access to Manila, Laguna and Cavite, stands on the Green fields side of southern Santa Rosa. The campus has modern IT-equipped buildings alongside the Enchanted Kingdom, offering a unique space where the present intertwines with the past.
We sincerely hope that many students of different nationalities will make the most of their study-abroad experiences and go out into the world, embracing the values instilled at Green Fields International School. We look forward to welcoming you to our campus."
Green Fields International School is easily accessible from Santa Rosa City proper and from all the surrounding developments including South Forbes Golf City, Eton City, Greenfield City, Pramana Residential Park, Westgrove Heights, Georgia Club, and Nuvali.
