Pramana Residential Park

Welcome to Pramana Residential Park in Greenfield City, Santa Rosa Laguna, the first residential park community in the country. Pramana is a place that brings you close to nature, a place which can be your sanctuary. Allow yourself to reflect on what's important in life.
It is accessible via three major interchanges: Mamplasan Interchange, Sta. Rosa Interchange and ABI-Greenfield Interchange. It has high potential for land value appreciation, given the accessibility and location of the property. Road networks are designed to receive medium to high density communities - no need to worry about congestion.
Pramana's first phase covers around 23 hectares of sprawling terrain, with over two hundred fifty (250) homes to complete the community. Within the village, pocket parks and meditation gardens surround the residents' homes. A basketball court and children's play area have also been completed to give the residents immediate venues for recreation.
Pramana promises to be a haven for peace and security. 24-hour security guards will patrol the village and all perimeter walls will have motion sensors to alert for any potential breaches in security.
Only approved house designs can be built in Pramana residential park. This is to ensure that the look of the village is maintained and the view corridors are respected. There are initially three models for buyers to choose from, all with options for expansion. Six other models are being developed as well as expansion options. Greenfield Development Corporation can build the chosen house designs for its buyers. Construction costs will however have to be evaluated depending on the time that the buyer is requesting for the house construction to commence. Development costs approved for a prior year must not be used for a current year’s construction. All costs will likewise have to be approved by the buyer.
To date, Greenfield Development Corporation has accredited the following banks to provide bank financing schemes to its buyers:

* Bank of the Philippine Islands
* Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank)
* Union Bank of the Philippines
* Rizal Commercial and Banking Corporation (RCBC)
* Philippine National Bank (PNB)
 
Lot cuts ranging from 150 sq.m. to 250 sq.m. are available with house designs ranging from 155sq.m. to 186 sq.m. in its basic layout. These layouts can be expanded depending on the chosen lot size and house design. Buyers can choose from four types of lots, Prestige, Vantage, Choice and Gem. These lots are differentiated in terms of location, access, view and proximity to amenities and parks.
Schools like St. Scholastica’s College, Brent International School, De La Salle University, Don Bosco College are very proximate to Pramana. Three catholic churches are also nearby with Don Bosco Church, Sta. Rosa Parish Church and Bel Air Church just a few minutes away. For shopping and dining, less than ten minutes away is the Paseo de Sta. Rosa which has retail shops and dining options for nearby residents. For healthcare services, South Luzon Hospital and Medical Center, FortMed Specialty Clinics and Sta. Rosa Hospital & Medical Center are also within the immediate vicinity.
A transport terminal is currently being finalized for operation at Greenfield City, aptly called Laguna Central. This will be near the Paseo de Sta. Rosa blocks. In addition, Pramana will have private shuttle vans with scheduled trips to and from Paseo de Sta Rosa and Rustans Makati for its residents who still need to get to the metro for certain needs. On the drawing board for Greenfield City is its own transportation network which will most likely be an environmentally friendly mode of transport like the tram.
All facilities for the provision of basic necessities are already in place at Pramana. The community has an abundant water supply and has an overhead tank system to provide contingent water supply. MERALCO is the power provider at Pramana, with semi-underground electrical wiring system to minimize unsightly electrical cables. For the community’s telecommunication needs, wireless landline phones are being supported by Digitel and PLDT. Cable television service will be initially provided by Destiny Cable. The whole community will likewise be wi-fi ready, though the final service provider is still being finalized.
